5 Fast Food Meals Under 500 Calories

We all know that its not easy to eat healthy when you're on the road. As much as you try to make good food choices, sometimes the only option available is fast food. Some fast food chains have made efforts to offer menu items with better nutrition, fewer calories and less fat - every restaurant has at least ONE salad on the menu! However, hidden calories can often be found in things such as sauces, dressings and condiments that accompany the "healthy" foods. And if you are not a salad fan, you'll still be challenged with finding something on the menu that you'll enjoy eating, but doesn't have tons of calories. If you find yourself limited only to those places that provide your meal in a paper bag, here are some lower calorie meal options that may help you stay on track with your dietary goals. Each of these meal suggestions come in at 500 calories or less - and they're not salads!
