To support the pop-up fleet, we reallocated qualified drivers from five of our six operating regions. Within 72 hours, we had all the resources we needed: 14 drivers with specialized training, maintenance support and a project management team. On the ground, we worked with both customers to create customized driver maps, increasing operational efficiency.
