What Can I Do with Carrier 360?
Carrier 360 allows carriers, dispatchers and drivers to manage loads with efficiency and visibility. Push notifications offer real-time alerts for new loads, tender offers, counter-offers and check call reminders. Here are some of the most common uses:
Carriers: Search for loads by state, city, loaded miles, empty miles, number of stops and equipment type (dry van, temp control, flatbed, power-only, etc.). The app will surface personalized load recommendations based on your history and preferences. You can also post your available equipment (location, equipment type, available date) for visibility in the app. Once a load has been tendered, Carrier 360 can give you important notifications about its status, including changes in appointment times.
Dispatchers: Pre-plan trips, update driver assignments or tracking methods and stay on top of delivery status for every driver without making phone calls.
Drivers: See your planned loads, stay up to date on load assignments and streamline check calls.
Below, we’ll cover common load management tasks Carrier 360 can help you with.
Making Offers
Once you've found a load you'd like to move, you can make an offer on that load directly from the app. You'll have visibility into the current lowest offer and all load details needed to make an informed decision about freight pricing. You can also save preferred lane searches and get notified when matching loads post.
Follow these steps to make an offer on a load:
1. Sign in: Access Carrier 360 on your computer or use the mobile app.
2. Search for a load: Select "Load Board" from the left-hand menu. From the map view, select a state to reveal all the loads available in that state. Or, from the left-hand submenu, select "Find a Load" and enter your search criteria, then click "Find Loads."
3. Submit your offer: Once you have completed a load search, select a load from the results. Expand the window for the chosen load to reveal more details. Click the "Load Details" button to reveal the current lowest offer and to place your offer. Click the "Place Offer" button and enter a dollar amount you are willing to accept.
4. Review your tender: If your offer is accepted, a tender agreement will be issued. Review the details of the tender in the "Manage Loads" section of the left-hand menu.
5. Accept your tender: After reviewing the tender details, you can accept, reject or request changes to the tender. Once you accept the tender, you can dispatch the load and perform check calls directly from Carrier 360 using your laptop or mobile device.
