  • If DWELL POTENTIAL, go to step 2.
  • If blank, no dwell charges expected.

 

Step 2: Check Delivery Appointment Action

If “NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED,” “EARLIER APPOINTMENT NEEDED” or “LATER APPOINTMENT NEEDED,” contact your J.B. Hunt rep immediately.

Step 3: Use Suggested Appointment

Look for JBH Suggested Appointment Date/Time to minimize dwell risk.

Schedule After Ingate

Wait until Rail Status shows Ingated or In-Transit before setting delivery appointments.
