President of Intermodal Darren Field addresses the current state of intermodal. Dr. Esper then leads a discussion about intermodal’s future, focusing on international service and ways to add value.

President and Chief Executive Officer
John began his career at J.B. Hunt more than 30 years ago as a Manager Trainee. His work at the company has included business development, sales, and marketing strategy. John received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President, People and Human Resources
Shelley’s 27-year career at J.B. Hunt reflects the company’s continued progression as an innovative leader in the transportation and logistics industry. Shelley’s responsibilities include leading the strategic direction of marketing, sales, customer experience, and external product development, including J.B. Hunt 360, the company’s technology platform for freight matching and operational efficiency.
Chief Operating Officer, President of Contract Services and Executive Vice President
Nick is responsible for diversifying and growing the operations of J.B. Hunt’s Dedicated Contract Services and Final Mile Services. As Chief Operating Officer, Nick is actively collaborating with all division operators to align the operating technology across the organization and the industry to pursue the same best-in-practice philosophy he has implemented in Contract Services.
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
John joined J.B. Hunt more than 15 years ago and specializes in accounting, finance, and external financial reporting. His ethical and collaborative nature allows for decision making that balances the interests of the finance organization while maintaining the financial integrity of J.B. Hunt. John received his Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President
Stuart manages the engineering and technology organizations at J.B. Hunt who are responsible for enhancing the company’s technology capabilities, designing and managing networks, and ensuring data is stored and transferred securely. His innovative approach has led to the advancement of J.B. Hunt 360, the company's industry-leading freight matching platform.
Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President
With nearly 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, Craig has held a variety of roles at J.B. Hunt. In 2020, he was appointed to the role of Chief Sustainability Officer where he leads the company’s sustainability efforts, as well as initiatives involving electric and autonomous vehicles, driver hiring, orientation and safety programs, and fuel purchasing for the company.
President of Intermodal and Executive Vice President
Darren has more than 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, holding a variety of positions within the Intermodal business unit. In 2020, he was named President of Intermodal and Executive Vice President. Darren graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
President of Highway Services and Executive Vice President
Brad has been with J.B. Hunt for more than 25 years, working across customer service, operations and sales. He utilizes his vast experience and leadership skills to help accelerate the growth of Highway Services so that technology investments align with the company’s ability to provide comprehensive asset and non-asset-based solutions.
Executive Vice President, Highway Services
With more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Eric currently leads Highway Services at J.B. Hunt. He has been instrumental in making the company’s Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS) segment one of the fastest-growing brokerage units in transportation.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Greg is responsible for national accounts sales, temperature controlled sales, and flatbed. He first joined J.B. Hunt in 1986 as regional sales manager and would become regional director of marketing for project Quantum, J.B. Hunt’s first collaboration with a major railway. Greg returned to J.B. Hunt in 2013 to assist in the turnaround of the Truckload business and became senior vice president in 2018.
Senior Vice President, National Accounts
Paul began his career more than 30 years ago at J.B. Hunt and has held various operations and sales roles. In his current position, Paul co-leads the National Accounts sales organization with commercial accountability for both the Intermodal and Highway Services businesses.
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales
Spencer is responsible for sales enablement, strategic planning, talent management, business development and the performance of J.B. Hunt’s sales teams. Since joining J.B. Hunt, Spencer has worked in various sales positions in the Truckload, Intermodal, Dedicated and Integrated Capacity Solutions business units.

As a logistics professor, Terry has published articles on retail logistics and supply chain management strategy and leadership. He is a regular speaker at global supply chain conferences, a contributor to NPR Marketplace, CNBC, BBC World News and partners with companies to advance logistics and supply chain management strategies and initiatives.

Senior Director, Transportation Purchasing
Bret has more than 25 years of experience in R&D and Purchasing, working across all P&G business categories. He is responsible for the Transportation Purchasing organization, as well as P&G’s Global Transportation Strategy. He also leads P&G’s Transportation Greenhouse Gas emissions reduction program for North America.
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Craig has been with Conagra Brands for more than 18 years and currently leads the end-to-end supply chain for their refrigerated and frozen business. He also has responsibility for the foodservice and international supply chains.
Vice President, Logistics Procurement
John manages the team that is responsible for approximately $2 billion in logistics spend in full truckload, rail, ocean, dedicated fleets, intermodal, freight forwarding and parcel shipments. In addition, he has responsibility for import and export compliance.
Senior Director, Transportation
Mark has over 20 years of proven experience across multiple roles within the supply chain. He has worked from both shipper and 3PL sides on network design and optimization, logistics fulfilment, global transportation, strategic sourcing and more.

Matt and his team have global responsibility for logistics, manufacturing, demand and supply planning, order-to-cash, customer supply chain and global quality assurance. Matt has more than 30 years of experience with Clorox and has held a variety of roles across the supply chain.

Paul has been working in supply chain and logistics for more than 25 years, with experience in carrier sales/operations, retail and manufacturing. He has particular expertise in omnichannel shipping, international sourcing, warehouse systems and network design, multimodal domestic transportation, international shipping and more.

With over 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics, Raina has led the logistics team at TJX through a reorganization to improve the end-to-end supply chain, make it simpler for business partners to engage with TJX, improve store delivery performance and enhance governance and standards across the supply chain.

Sanjay is responsible for global inbound merchandise flow for both imported and domestic goods. He has more than 22 years of experience in global supply chain leadership in retail, transportation and the 3PL industry.

Sarah is responsible for both domestic and international transportation teams. She joined the Home Depot in 2008 as a Director in Supply Chain Development and has held various roles including Director – IP&R, Merchant, Sr. Director, Distribution Operations and Sr. Director, Reverse Logistics and Equipment Services.

Steve has worked in the transportation industry for more than 20 years for several major food and beverage companies such as Frito Lay, Sysco Foods, Dean Foods, Tate & Lyle and FIJI Water. He specializes in optimizing the inbound and outbound transport of goods with proven procurement, logistics, IT, analysis, forecasting, vendor and operations management methodologies.

General Manager, Parts Supply Chain
Jeff has been with Toyota NA for 34 years and is currently responsible for service parts and accessories forecasting, inventory planning, ordering and delivery, transportation and supplier development. He has prior experience in vehicle project management, production planning and manufacturing.
