Using J.B. Hunt's proprietary Customer Value Delivery processes, the Professional Services team will first listen to your needs and study your current situation to better understand the problem. If a clear need is mutually identified, a concise definition of the project scope, specific deliverables, and a project timeline/cost proposal will be created. Upon agreement to proceed, the project will be completed as specified.
