“90% of what we do is drop-and-hook. That goes flawlessly because we're not wasting a bunch of time sitting in dock doors. We drop our trailer, hook up to our next loaded trailer, and we get to carry on with our day without wasting a bunch of time unnecessarily sitting at a dock door.”
