Available funds can be used for ATM transactions, Point of Sale Purchases, Comchek Registration
and Fuel at the pump. To sign up for a JB Hunt Paycard simply select paycard on the
Vendor form, sign and fax to 479-770-2864.
| 1. | Paycard requests are processed upon receipt and sent to you via US Mail with your Vendor ID. |
| 2. | Carriers can choose to have Cash Advances and Final Settlements loaded directly to the JB Hunt Paycard for a small fee of $2.00 per transaction. |
| 3. | Upon receipt of Paycard packet Carrier must create their 4 digit PIN# by calling Comdata @ 800-741-6060 and follow the prompts. |
