• 60% of gross load revenue, paid loaded

• Requires 86% availability for dispatch and 100% load acceptance (No NTW or Canada)

Basic Percentage Plan

• 57% of gross load revenue, paid loaded
• 100% pass-through of shipper's fuel surcharge
• No forced dispatch
