Owner Operator Compensation Plans

Performance Percentage Plan

• 65% of the gross load revenue paid on all loaded miles

• 100% pass-through of shipper's fuel surcharge

• Base plates/permits, Qualcomm, maintenance, fuel and required escrow deducted weekly

• Requires 86% availability for dispatch and 100% load acceptance (No NYC or Canada)

Percentage Plan

• 62% of the gross load revenue, paid on all loaded miles

• 100% pass-through of shipper's fuel surcharge

• Base plates/permits, Qualcomm, maintenance, fuel and required escrow deducted weekly

• Ability to choose the loads that work best for you

Traditional Mileage Plan

• 90 CPM, paid on loaded miles

• Empty miles paid at reduced rate

• Flexible fuel surcharge, paid on loaded and empty miles

• No forced dispatch

• Plates, permits, tolls, scales and lumpers paid by J.B. Hunt Transport
