To become a Contract Carrier with J.B. Hunt Transport you must complete and return the Carrier Packet below. New Carrier Set Ups:
New Carriers are required to complete a Carrier Packet prior to hauling your first load with JBH. Simply click on the Carrier Packet below or email us at ICSCarrierRelations@jbhunt.com and begin filling out your paperwork today.
Signed Carrier Contracts and Updated Insurance Certificates can be faxed to 1-479-820-1890.

Request Change to Vendor Form:
Existing Carrier's must fill out a New Vendor Form if they request change to any of the following options:
- Changes to your current payment terms or payment methods
- Obtaining a JBH Paycard
- Sign up to be a Quick Pay Carrier
- Sign up to receive Cash Advances
You can download a New Vendor Form here or by calling us toll free at 1-800-423-6892 or 1-877-977-7427. When your form is completed simply sign and fax it to: 1-479-770-2684.
J.B. Hunt Recruiters and Dispatches can also provide you with a Carrier Packet or New Vendor Form.
