This program is a great opportunity for learning and professional advancement. To join the Management Training Program, you should possess one of the following qualifications:
- A four-year degree from an accredited university, with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
- Three years of experience with J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.
- Three years of demonstrated supervisory and decision-making experience. Transportation industry experience or military service is a significant advantage.
As a Manager Trainee, you will be assigned to one of our main business units. When you complete your training, you will work closely with a mentor to identify the best position that meets your needs, as well as ours. We will make every effort to place you in or near your area of preference; however, we ask you to be flexible regarding placement and relocation.
